Delete your FitNav account

You can delete your FitNav account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open FitNav and tap the menu button (top left of the chat screen).
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm twice. Your data is deleted right away and you're signed out.

Without the app

Email privacy@fitnav.ai from the Google account email you sign in to FitNav with, with the subject "Delete my FitNav account". We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile, goals and targets
• Meal logs, weight and body-fat history
• Workouts, training plan and workout history
• Pantry items and saved recipes
• Your conversations with FitNav
• FitNav's data on your phone, and FitNav's access to your Google account

What may be kept

• Encrypted backups may keep a copy for up to 90 days before they're permanently destroyed.
• Anonymized usage statistics that can't be linked back to you.
• Server logs that include your account ID. They're deleted automatically after 30 days.

Signing in again with the same Google account afterwards starts a new, empty account. See our Privacy Policy for more.
